Anonymous, 3rd-4th centuries. Seal (Lead, 17 mm, 7.46 g). Eagle standing to left, devouring prey. Rev. Conical reverse with a raised channel. Cf. London Ancient Coins 60 (2017), 313 (eagle standing right, devouring prey, beneath tree). An exceptionally well preserved Roman seal. Minor flan faults. Extremely fine.
